Refund & Cancellation Policy

Billing is handled by Polar, our merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

• Cancel anytime from the customer portal (Plans page → customer portal). You keep access until the end of the paid period.
• 14-day refund window on a first subscription purchase — email support@1labs.ai and we'll refund it, no questions.
• Renewals — if you forgot to cancel, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge and we'll refund it provided the period saw no meaningful usage.
• Failed payments get a 3-day grace window before features lock; your data is never deleted because of a billing failure.
