Privacy Policy

ContentFlow is operated by One Infinity Labs, Inc. ("we"). This policy describes what we collect and why, in plain language.
What we collect
- Account data — name, email, password hash, plan and billing status. Payments are processed by Polar (merchant of record); we never see your card details.
- Content you create — watchlists, brand profile (including your voice guide), ideas, drafts and your post log.
- Publicly available social data — when you add creators to a watchlist, we collect their public posts and public engagement counts via Apify, to compute breakout signals. We collect only what those platforms expose publicly.
- Usage and cost data — API usage events so we can show you what your research and drafting runs cost.
How content generation works
Ideas and drafts are generated by a large language model (Anthropic). Your brand profile, watchlist research and recent post log are sent to the model to generate that output. Model providers process this data under their API terms; we don't use your content to train models.
Publishing
ContentFlow publishes only to social accounts you have connected through Blotato, and only after you explicitly approve a draft and confirm the publish action. We store the post log and pull public engagement metrics for your own posts to power your insights.
Sharing
We share data only with the subprocessors needed to run the service (see the DPA page): Neon (database), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), Polar (billing), Apify (research), Anthropic (drafting), Blotato (publishing). We don't sell personal data.
Retention and deletion
Your data is retained while your account is active. Email support@1labs.ai to delete your account and associated data.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Contact privacy@1labs.ai.
